Product Overview
The Dry Cooler is the outdoor heat rejection terminal of Xinke Intelligent’s liquid cooling infrastructure. Receiving the secondary-loop return water from the CDU, it dissipates the heat generated by computing equipment to the ambient air in a fully closed loop through the coordinated operation of finned-tube heat exchangers and EC axial fans. The entire process consumes no water, produces no evaporation and discharges no wastewater, making it the most stable and energy-efficient heat rejection solution for water-scarce regions and high-density computing scenarios.
As a key component of the 45°C warm-water liquid cooling architecture, the Xinke Dry Cooler delivers compressor-free operation (full free cooling) under most conditions throughout the year. Combined with the 2.6MW CDU, liquid cooling cabinets and computing containers, it helps keep annual data center PUE below 1.05 with near-zero water consumption — turning “more efficient computing, greener energy” into a deliverable reality.

01 Zero-Water-Consumption Cooling, Ending the “Water Consumer”: Fully closed-loop dry cooling with no evaporation loss, no discharge and no make-up water or water treatment. Compared with open cooling towers, it completely eliminates drift, scaling and biological growth risks, bringing whole-plant WUE to near zero as the preferred cooling source for data centers in arid and water-scarce regions.
02 45°C Warm-Water Direct Rejection, Compressor-Free Year-Round: Deeply matched to the 45°C warm-water liquid cooling architecture and high-return-temperature systems; secondary-loop return water is cooled directly by the Dry Cooler and automatically switches to full free-cooling mode when ambient conditions allow, eliminating mechanical refrigeration for a simpler system, fewer failure points and lower year-round PUE.
03 EC Variable-Speed Fans, Demand-Based Cooling: High-efficiency EC axial fans with variable-speed control adjust airflow in real time to heat load and ambient temperature, automatically slowing under partial load to significantly cut cooling power; multiple fan groups with N+1 redundancy keep overall cooling running even if a single fan fails.
04 Closed-Loop Zero Contamination, Guaranteed Coolant Purity: Coolant circulates in a fully sealed piping loop, completely isolated from outside air to prevent dust, impurities and micro-organisms; core piping uses 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and scale-free long-term operation, safeguarding server-side coolant purity and system life.
05 All-Weather Design, Confident in Extreme Environments: Customized for extreme climates such as Middle East heat, Central Asian aridity and high-altitude cold and sandstorms: IP54/IP55-rated enclosure, anti-corrosion and anti-UV coated frames and coils, optional antifreeze mixture and low-temperature start configuration, stable operation from -40°C to +50°C ambient.
06 Smart Management, Unattended Operation: Optional XINKE SMART intelligent management system for temperature-linked control, fan group management, leak warning, energy analysis and remote O&M; supports standard protocols such as Modbus for integration with upper-level management platforms, 24/7 unattended operation.

Working Principle & System Positioning
In the Xinke full-scenario liquid cooling solution, the Dry Cooler works with the CDU and liquid cooling cabinets/containers to form a complete cooling loop: server heat is transferred to the primary-loop coolant via cold plates, the CDU plate heat exchanger passes the heat to the secondary loop, and the secondary warm water enters the Dry Cooler where finned tubes and fans release the heat to ambient air, after which the cooled coolant returns to the system. The entire process is pure physical heat exchange — no phase change, no loss and no contamination — keeping the system simple, stable and reliable.
