Xinke’s “Data Center Liquid Cooling Micro-Module” integrates cabinet systems, power supply and distribution systems, temperature control systems, management systems, lightning protection and grounding systems, structured cabling systems, and fire protection systems. It adopts a modular and highly integrated design, adaptable to various scenarios such as small computer rooms, and provides an integrated data center solution.

Closed channels isolate hot and cold airflow, eliminating local hot spots.

Intelligent control automatically adjusts cooling output to reduce system energy consumption.

Multiple devices can be networked together in a local area network, and automatic switching control can be realized in group control mode.

It enables a dual-circuit power supply and distribution design, significantly reducing the mean time between failures of the power

distribution system.

The fan adopts redundant design and supports online maintenance to ensure the stable operation of the air conditioning cooling system.

From the reliability of the front-end design to the power distribution and cooling system, multiple reliable guarantees are formed.

The “hot swapping” technology is used between each module and cabinet, and all modules can be hot-swapped online to achieve “zero” maintenance time.

It can be monitored in centralized and real-time through a variety of collected parameters, with complete alarm functions, including interfac alarm, SMS alarm, telephone voice alarm, sound and light alarm, E-mail, intelligent joint prevention and joint debugging,intelligent report management functions, and can automatically generate historical log recording curves.

3D visualization, mobile operation and maintenance can be supported, and face recognition can be supported.

The high-definition lintel display screen is paired with a 21-inch large screen, which is full of technology.

The Data Center Liquid Cooling Micro Module is Xinke Intelligent’s next-generation integrated liquid cooling solution for small computer rooms and edge computing, integrating seven systems — racks, power distribution, cooling, management, lightning protection, cabling and fire protection — into a single standardized module. Fully integration-tested at our own factory, it ships as a miniature liquid-cooled data center and runs as soon as water and power are connected: “install and use, compute on the go.”

The module uses a sealed hot/cold aisle design that physically isolates supply and return airflow to eliminate hot spots at the source; smart temperature control dynamically matches cooling output to server load. Multiple micro modules support networking, interconnection and group control, scaling smoothly into multi-module clusters — a lightweight, replicable and easy-to-operate way to build computing infrastructure.

Working Principle & System Positioning

The Liquid Cooling Micro Module condenses all subsystems of a small data center into one standardized module: server heat is transferred to the coolant via cold plates, passed through the CDU heat exchange to the secondary loop and rejected by outdoor dry coolers / closed cooling towers; the sealed hot/cold aisle ensures efficient in-module airflow; the monitoring platform senses temperature, humidity, power consumption and power distribution status in real time, linking smart temperature control and four-channel alarms. Connected to utilities, it becomes an independently running miniature liquid-cooled data center, and multi-module networking forms computing clusters for retrofit, edge and rapid-delivery scenarios.
