Product Overview

The Avalon 12-Bay Liquid Cooling Cabinet is Xinke Intelligent’s indoor liquid cooling cabinet for Avalon-series miners, purpose-built for Avalon 2U water-cooled servers with 12-bay high-density capacity compatible with mainstream Avalon models. Built on a modular CDU architecture, one CDU can drive multiple cabinets (one-to-many) for diverse combinations, delivering scaled liquid cooling deployment at significantly lower cooling-source cost.

The cabinet integrates the pump station and control cabinet with the bays in an extremely compact footprint; core piping uses 304 stainless steel seamless pipe with a water-electricity isolation design for full safety and stability; optional XINKE SMART provides remote monitoring, leak warning and energy analysis for unattended operation. The modular, combinable design allows cabinets and CDUs to be freely matched — the ideal low-cost, high-efficiency liquid cooling upgrade for Avalon mines.

Working Principle & System Positioning

The Avalon 12-Bay Liquid Cooling Cabinet connects 2U water-cooled servers into a cold plate liquid cooling loop: server heat is transferred to the coolant via cold plates, 304 stainless steel seamless piping delivers the coolant to the modular CDU, one CDU drives multiple cabinets, and outdoor heat rejection terminals dissipate the heat to the environment; water-electricity isolation ensures electrical safety and the smart management system monitors temperature, pressure and flow in real time. The modular CDU architecture significantly reduces cooling investment, with cabinets and CDUs combining flexibly for every scenario from single cabinets to scaled deployment.
