Product Overview
The Antminer 420-bay liquid-cooled container is a modular liquid-cooled container designed by Silicon Labs for blockchain mining farms. It highly integrates 420 Antminer bays with cooling systems, power supply and distribution, and intelligent management, making it the ultra-large capacity model in the Antminer container product line. The product is pre-assembled and debugged in the factory, and can be put into operation immediately upon arrival at the site and connection to power. The single container can be debugged within 5 days, realizing “the container arrives, and the computing power arrives immediately”.
The container adopts a dual-circulation, dual-CDU architecture, allowing independent operation on both sides for energy efficiency and flexibility. Core components utilize official Bitmain parts (Lingke aviation connectors, Chint Electric components), coupled with seamless 304 stainless steel piping and water/electricity isolation design, ensuring comprehensive safety and stability. Customized protection solutions (IP54/IP55) are provided for different global climates, enabling stable operation in environments such as high temperatures, extreme cold, dryness, and sandstorms. Its ultra-large single-container capacity helps mining farms achieve large-scale computing power deployment with minimal container space and footprint, making it the flagship choice for intensive and large-scale mining farm construction.

Working principle and system positioning
The Antminer 420-bay liquid-cooled container integrates mining machines, cooling, and power supply within the same compartment: heat from the mining machines is transferred to the coolant via cold plates, and seamless 304 stainless steel pipes deliver the coolant to the dual CDU circulation system inside the container. After heat exchange, the coolant is discharged into the environment through external cooling towers and other heat dissipation terminals. The left and right dual circulation systems operate independently, with water and electricity isolation to ensure safety. An intelligent management system monitors temperature, pressure, and flow in real time. Multiple containers can be arranged side-by-side to quickly expand to the entire computing power of the mining farm, supporting large-scale and intensive deployment of mining farms with the ultra-large capacity of a single container.
