The Antminer 110-Bay Liquid Cooling Rack is Xinke Intelligent’s rack-mount liquid cooling solution for blockchain mining farms, purpose-built for Antminer miners with 110-bay high-density capacity compatible with mainstream Antminer models. With a rack-mount structure, small footprint, low construction investment and rapid deployment, it is the ideal way for mines to step into liquid cooling at a lower threshold, with a 240-bay model also available for larger needs.

The rack uses Bitmain-certified components (Linko aviation plugs, Chint electrical) with 304 stainless steel seamless piping and a water-electricity isolation design for full safety and stability; optional XINKE SMART provides remote monitoring, leak warning and energy analysis for unattended operation. Multiple racks deployed side by side expand quickly, helping mines complete scaled liquid cooling upgrades while controlling investment.

Working Principle & System Positioning

The Antminer 110-Bay Liquid Cooling Rack connects miners into a cold plate liquid cooling loop: miner heat is transferred to the coolant via cold plates, 304 stainless steel seamless piping delivers the coolant to the pump station / CDU, and outdoor heat rejection terminals such as dry coolers dissipate it to the environment; the water-electricity isolation design ensures electrical safety and the smart management system monitors temperature, pressure and flow in real time with automatic alarms. Multiple racks deployed side by side form full-row, whole-farm liquid cooling — supporting scaled computing at low cost with rapid deployment.
