The Shenma 20-position liquid-cooled integrated cabinet is an integrated liquid-cooling product specially designed by Silicon Labs for the Shenma series mining machines. It integrates the pump station, control cabinet, and 20 positions into a single cabinet, making each cabinet a complete liquid-cooling system. The product is pre-installed and commissioned in the factory, and can be put into operation simply by connecting water and electricity upon arrival at the site. No external pump room, power distribution cabinet, or on-site piping construction is required, achieving true “integrated delivery and plug-and-play”.
The integrated cabinet is specifically designed for Whatsminer 2U water-cooled servers, achieving optimal heat exchange and providing ultimate cooling for mining rigs. The core piping uses seamless 304 stainless steel tubing, combined with water and electricity isolation design, ensuring comprehensive safety and stability. It can be optionally equipped with Silicon Labs’ self-developed XINKE SMART intelligent management system, supporting unattended operation. The integrated form factor simplifies deployment, expansion, and relocation, making it an ideal choice for rapid production deployment and standardized data center construction for Whatsminer mining farms.

Working principle and system positioning
The Shenma 20-position liquid-cooled integrated cabinet integrates the pump station, control cabinet, and server positions into a single unit, forming a complete liquid-cooled circuit: server heat is transferred to the coolant via the liquid cooling plate, and seamless 304 stainless steel pipes deliver the coolant to the integrated pump station inside the cabinet. After heat exchange, the coolant is discharged into the environment through outdoor heat dissipation terminals. The water and electricity isolation design ensures electrical safety, and the intelligent management system monitors temperature, pressure, and flow in real time, automatically issuing alarms for any abnormalities. A single cabinet can function as a self-contained system, while multiple cabinets can be arranged side-by-side for rapid expansion, making it an ideal choice for Shenma’s integrated and standardized liquid-cooled mining operations.
