The Avalon 20ft 160-Bay Liquid Cooling Container is the largest-capacity model of Xinke Intelligent’s Avalon container line, integrating 160 Avalon 2U water-cooled server bays with cooling, power distribution and intelligent management in a 20ft standard container — the flagship choice for scaled, intensive Avalon mine deployment. Fully pre-assembled and pre-commissioned at the factory, it goes live as soon as utilities are connected on site, delivering “container-to-compute.”
The container adopts a dual-loop architecture with left/right independent operation; the liquid-cooled zone uses a modular CDU architecture adapted to Avalon 2U water-cooled servers with one-to-many support; core piping uses 304 stainless steel seamless pipe with water-electricity isolation for full safety and stability. With customized protection (IP54/IP55) for different climates, the series’ largest single-container capacity helps Avalon mines complete scaled deployment with the fewest containers and the smallest footprint.

Working Principle & System Positioning
The Avalon 20ft 160-Bay Container integrates 2U water-cooled servers, cooling and power distribution in one enclosure: server heat is transferred to the coolant via cold plates, 304 stainless steel seamless piping delivers the coolant to the in-box modular CDU circulation system, and outdoor dry coolers and other heat rejection terminals dissipate it to the environment; left/right dual loops operate independently, water-electricity isolation ensures safety, and the smart management system monitors temperature, pressure and flow in real time.
