The Avalon 20ft 100-Bay Hybrid Liquid Cooling Container is Xinke Intelligent’s hybrid containerized solution for Avalon-series mines, supporting a mixed configuration of 50 traditional air-cooled units and 50 2U water-cooled servers in a 20ft standard container, with the air-cooled and liquid-cooled zones co-located and operating independently on the left and right sides. One container carries both air-cooled and liquid-cooled equipment — the ideal vehicle for smoothly transitioning from air cooling to liquid cooling.

Pre-assembled and pre-commissioned at the factory, it goes live as soon as utilities are connected on site; the liquid-cooled zone uses a modular CDU architecture adapted to Avalon 2U water-cooled servers; core piping uses 304 stainless steel seamless pipe with water-electricity isolation and left/right independent operation for safety, stability and scheduling flexibility. With customized protection (IP54/IP55) for different climates, it is a high-value choice for hybrid deployment and progressive liquid cooling upgrades.

The Avalon 20ft 100-Bay Hybrid Container runs with air and liquid zones working in concert: the air-cooled zone provides airflow cooling for traditional air-cooled equipment, while the liquid-cooled zone transfers 2U water-cooled server heat to the coolant via cold plates, delivered by the modular CDU through 304 stainless steel seamless piping to outdoor heat rejection terminals; the left and right sides operate independently without interference; water-electricity isolation ensures safety and the smart management system monitors both zones in real time.
